THESE ARE THE ADVANTAGE:
- No additional cost for a Parallel-guiding-System. Under all conditions PARALLEL-DRIVE,
no correction of a deviation.
- With the TANO-MACHINE it is not possible to damage the DIE/MOLD or TOOL or the
TANO-MACHINE it-self by wrong-placing of the DIE/MOLD or TOOL.
- The weight of a TANO-MACHINE is much lower (60 to 80%) than of a conventional machine
with the same technical data.
- The result: The cost for the FRAME of a TANO-MACHINE is about 60 to 80%, depending on
the type of machine.
- Low-cost for investment, maintenance and repair.
- Lower POWER-CONNECTION to the E-net and smaller size of the DRIVE-MOTOR for compressor
or centrifugal-pump. Result: Lower cost for ENERGY and lower INVESTMENT
- Very high CONTROL-COMFORT with simple and relatively low-cost control-equipment.

HOW IT IS WORKING :
- The TANAO-HPPU-System is a LINE or AREA-SPECIFIC Power Supply System with an adjustable
Maximum-Power per Length or Area-Range.
- The TANO-System is working with water in a pressure-range up to 80 Mpa (30 bar).
- The power-supply for drive is either by pressure-air of 1 Mpa (10 bar) or by electric
power via a Centrifugal-Water-Pump for 3 Mpa ( 30 bar).
- All equipment for control is in the pressure-range of 1 Mpa air or 3 Mpa water. In the
Mid and High-Pressure-Range are only Pressure-Gages in "Closed circuits".
- The TANO-HPPU is a special combination of different types of Hydraulic-Cylinders, all
working in slow motion only. Not any fast-moving part is used in the TANO-System.
- The High-pressure-System is a "LEAK-FREE CLOSED SYSTEM".
- The TANO-System needs a minimum of two power-cylinders for Line-Application (as for
press-break or shearing-machines) and four (three for special application) power-cylinders
for Area Applications (as for power-press-machines). The number of cylinders is limited
only by the size of the HYDRAULIC-PNEUMATIC-POWER-UNIT (HPPU).'
- The pressure-application to the power-cylinders is controlled by an open (for air-drive)
or closed (for water-drive) PRESSURE-AIR-SYSTEM in the LOW-PRESSURE-RANGE.
- Because the HYDRAULIC-FLUID is un-compressible WATER, the PARALLEL-DRIVE is also
independent of the LOAD of each POWER-CYLINDER. Even if the total load on a
working-machine is only on one side, the POWER-PLATES of the machine will remain exactly
parallel and the supplied power to the DIE/MOLD will be according to it's size (LINE or
AREA-SPECIFIC POWER-SUPPLY)
