BIO-Float System

The Objective for development
The task for the development was to create a plant-equipment with the following advantages: Picture of the Waste Water Treatment.

The BIO-Float-System is a newly development MODULE-Plant System for the anaerobic treatment of industrial, farm-/agricultural and communal-waste-water with generation of BIO-GAS.

  1. The equipment should be designed as a MODULE-System which is to prefabricate in the factory, easy to transport and install.
  2. The equipment should be lightweight and corrosion-proof, that the maintenance can be reduce to a minimum like cleaning.
  3. The complete plant should float in a pond or basin, because in most of the concerned factories an aerobic pond or basin is already available, so no additional land required.
  4. The equipment should be able to store BIO-GAS keeping the adjusted pressure nearly constant over all the filling-range and so to adapt to an intermitted BIO-GAS-consumption.
  5. The complete plant should be adjustable to the waste-water-conditions even if the first supplied unit is later to change in size or type of equipment, without investment-loss.
  6. It should be possible to provide first a "Test-Unit" for the Customer, consisting of the smallest unit: A 6-MODULE-UNIT only. If the "Test-Unit" proves the BIO-FLOAT-SYSTEM positive, the TEST-Unit will be expanded to the size of the required plant, because it is fully to integrate in the plant. If the working on the Test-Unit is not acceptable for the Customer the equipment will be removed and the site will be in the same condition as at the time before it's installation except the piping and electric cable to run the Test-Unit. With this the RISK for a potential Customer is reduced to nearly ZERO.
