This web page was created as a service of Alan Robinson / HCI Design / Hampshire College, and hosted by our friends at Fortune City.I created this site because I feel that there is no good place to download the latest versions of popular DLLs. As a programmer, I have the need to provide my clients with the latest and greatest DLLs. When dealing with my shareware I want to do it so that it doesn't require that they download what they already have. This free space offered by Fortune City is an excellent place to store the latest versions of the DLLs that most programs use. Perhaps as it becomes better known other shareware authors will no longer included DLLs in their downloadable evaluations, but instead point here. Hey, its not that noble a goal, but it is useful .Done right, it will speed up the downloading of software and reduce load on the internet.
Now, for a few technical notes. First, all the graphics and web page design / text was done by me, Alan Robinson. I am especially proud of the background, which I feel accurately represents the current state of the DLL world. If you don't get it then that is too bad, since it really isn't all that subtle.
