Well the biggest part of the red is gone but ----

I just had to do something with those whites!

Now if that weren't enough! I have always wanted to do this to my mom's nails!

Getting the red out of Audrey's eyes was done using the "magic wand" method in the book. Mom's nails I did with a paint brush.

The original picture of my grandmother (which can be found on my homepage using the link on the 1st page of this homework assignment)had a portion of her husband in it. (I didn't know how to get him out back then!) For this image I cropped more out of the picture than I had before and then selected the unwanted areas and used the clone brush to make them blend into the rest of the background.
