There are a couple more levels of protection in between-- namely "Cautious" and "Nervous". Please review the on-line help before changing protection levels. Automated Internet Protocol (IP) address blocking. BlackICE Defender has the capability to completely block hackers from connecting to your system. In the event that a hacker performs a serious attack on your computer, BlackICE Defender will immediately block all communications from that hacker's attacking machine.
