For some pass crackerz to work, you need to get password lists, these lists are just loads of words which the cracker tries to use as the password for the account. The more lists you get, the better chance you have of getting in, so get loads!!!! I have a selection of some good lists below:

My advice is to download all of these lists as if you have more lists you will have a better chance of getting into the persons account. Also, they are only about 6k each so it takes about 20 secs to download them so it is worth it!
