With 800-gigabyte capacity* and 12-megabyte-per-second throughput*, Exabyte's new 220 library delivers advanced, economical storage solutions for client-server environments with multiple application servers. The 220 backs up 174 gigabytes in four hours and supports archiving and near-online storage.
With Mammoth drives or Eliant 820 drives, bar code scanner, two-year, extendible warranty and worldwide support.

 
Typical installations: Large client-server networks, large departmental applications servers.

Supported applications: Unattended network backup/ restore, remote storage, automated archiving, imaging and Hierarchical Storage Management.

The Exabyte 220 accommodates up to two Exabyte Mammoth or EliantTM 820 tape drives and 20 EXATAPE data cartridges. All Exabyte libraries feature the industry's most advanced and durable robotics system as well as a user-friendly interface and modular design.
