Easy Mortgage Inc., was incorporaed March 18, 1988, under the laws of the Texas State Business Corporations Act. The company is a federally approved mortgage lender. The company maintains very high standards of service and operations with the loan officer system of managing loan files. The company incorporates the capabilities of modern technology, i.e. computers and loan processing software, to assure our borrowers that everything is being done in a timely manner under the direct supervision of their continual changes within the industry.
Mr. Chad Kokenes is the Principal Operating Officer and President of the Company, with over thirty years of experience and a reputation for high standards that have resulted in his being recognized in the "The Who's Who of American Business Leaders."
Catherine Kokenes is the Senior Vice President and Quality Control Officer.
Easy Mortgage's Loan Officers know the importance of being available seven days a week and evenings to meet with borrowers at their home or office.
The Loan Officers have access to infile credit reports in your home or at our offices. We will provide qualification letters upon request.
