My great-great-great-great grandfather was named James.  He came from Ireland and/or Scotland around 1796.  He settled in New Jersey.  He had a son named Joseph.  Joseph had a son named Thomas Bailey who was a farmer and a pharmacist in Commerce Twp, Oakland Co., Michigan, up until about 1896 or so.  He had quite a number of children ... only a few survived infancy ... Ezra, Thomas Blake, who later became a federal judge from Wyoming and was involved with the Teapot Dome case, my great-grandfather, Edgar Lincoln, and his twin, Edwin Stanton.  Edgar moved to Cincinnati just prior to 1900 and had 5 children: Jennie, Wendell, Chase, Tom, and Stuart, who was born in 1907.  Stuart had two children, William and Allen.  William had one child, who is me.
I've had some of this info posted around the web for years and have yet to find a living soul who recognizes any of it.

Perhaps I'm the last of my kind ...

KENNEDY, John....
 Purchased a grave in Calvary One, in NYC in 1859. Listed are: John C. Kennedy, Joanna Kennedy, Margaret Keegan, Ann Kennedy, Johanna O'Grady, Daniel Kennedy, John Kennedy, Patrick Kennedy, Jeremiah Kennedy, William Kennedy, Daniel Kennedy another Jeremiah, Anne Kennedy, ary Kennedy, Harry Kennedy, another Daniel Kennedy and  Fred
Keegan.
I know that these Kennedy's were stonemasons and lived in the 35th and 6th Avenue area of NYC where Macy's is now on Herald Square.

If anyone is interested in this family line, I would very much like to
share information.

Seeking anscestors of Thomas Kennedy, born 8/20/1763, Carteret Co. NC died 2/05/1851; 1st marriage to Sarch ?, before 1785, maybe Duplin Co., NC, died Beaulaville, Duplin Co., NC; may have fought in Rev. War at Eutaw Springs

I trace back through John, who moved to Barbour Co. Alabama after 1823; his son David moved to Franklin Co., TX after the War Between the States.
