Hi, I'm Tom. I'm a high school student from BC who likes long walks on the beach. If you see my pictures, I'm not as ugly in person. [or so my girlfriend tells me] I enjoy ALL types of ska, no exageration. I also have several other passions. Amanda, my band and learning. That's right, learning. I like to know things. Shutup, I don't want to die stupid.
So what do you do with your time?
Honestly, most people wouldn't think I do much. I am in a production called "MANUSCRIPT", which was written by a playbuilding process. It is a collection of pieces about men and males in general, high calibre stuff aparently. We will be going to the provincial drama festival with it in May, but we aren't practicing much right now which is fine be me. All the rest of the cast are starting to get on my nerves, especially one little hoe by the name of Amber... But we won't get into that. Aside from that, school and working at Chevron, all I do is hang out with Amanda and go to shows some weekends. But hanging out with Amanda is my main thing. It doesn't matter where we are, but if we're together, we're happy. I LOVE YOU!
What kind of shows do you go to?
Mostly punk shows, the ska scene around here is next to nonexistent, either that or it's way more underground than the punk or rave scenes. I think I've seen one or two flyers for a ska show, (not including Crowned King, who are awesome), since the Malchiks broke up. It sucks, but that's life. We're trying to bring out a ska scene with our band. Crowned King said they'd play with us, (that was months ago, we hit some rocky points right after that), and now we know a christian ska band in the area too, so there could be more local ska shows kids!
