So what we see in SWAT 3 that we haven't already seen in Rainbow Six? Plenty. First of all, the fact that the SWAT team is a domestic force immediately changes the experience. SWAT team members are not soldiers of war; they're agents of the law. How many sets of handcuffs and non - lethal bullets did your Rainbow team pack when you stormed the embassy? In Rainbow Six, you shot to kill. In SWAT 3, things are a  bit more complicated. As a law enforcer, an arrest is always better than a kill. Does this mean SWAT 3 won't be as exciting? On the contrary,  your responsibility to keep fatalities to a minimum should really advance the challenge, as well as the tension. Along with making all of the tactical  decisions of Rainbow Six, you'll be forced to make some tough, split-second moral decisions as well. You'll have to constantly evaluate  the situation and weigh the safety of your team and the use of  lethal  force with the rights of the suspects.
