New program "DUNSurveillance" begun

A new program, entitled "DUNSurveillance" has gone into production. It's a utility that is aimed at users who perform automated downloads, for example, while you sleep.

It will monitor Dial-Up Networking and create a log of things, so you can see when you were connected, how long for, what Windows username and much more. That way, if you wake up to find your download hasn't even started, you'll have a chance of finding out why!

This idea was thought up when I was in a similar predicament.
