Errors in DUNDisconnect installer

It's been reported that sometimes, the DUNDisconnect installer will present an 'access violation' error message. The cause of this is unknown, and is only present in some machines. If possible, choose the 'ignore' button throughout the setup procedure in response to these messages.

I believe the problem lies mostly with the file 'MFC42.DLL' which is a very common file used by lots of programs, although the installer should simply skip to the next file if MFC42.DLL is being used.

It may help also if you shut down as many programs as you can before commencing installation.

A fix is currently being worked on.
