DUNDisconnect v1.1 released, with installer problems fixed

Version 1.1 of DUNDisconnect has now been released.

It offers no major features, although it is now no longer dependant on two files which were large [MFC42.DLL and CSRASCTL.OCX]. Hopefully this should improve performance, and solve problems if you were trying to install DUNDisconnect but failed.

Please note: it is very important you press 'ignore' to the access violation errors. Access violation errors mean that the file cannot be written to your hard disk because it is already in use by another program. Therefore, it is already on your hard disk and it is safe to not install the file through DUNDisconnect.
