a bit advanced, so be warned.
Perl2Exe:
A very nice tool for people who want to learn and develop in
Perl but don't have access to a UNIX of LINUX machine. Turns
Perl source into Windows .exe.

.NU, .UK, .TO) sties for free.
Tripod:
Offers 50 megs of space. They also let you use your own CGI scripts.
Xoom: Offers
unlimited space and e-mail, also free ISP. The only drawback
is that they are slow and seem to be down alot lately.
Domain Registration
YourNameFree:
Will charge only $60 (US) for 2 years of domain registration,
will do free web forwarding, even to free sites such as those
above. Also up to 10 e-mail addresses forwarded anywhere.
