The 2001 Pilsner Open!

Bring your suntan lotion and watch out for the Blue Hairs, this year’s Tour stop is Cougar Central, also known as Kelowna! Things will officially kick off Friday September 14^th and wrap up in the early evening of Sunday September 16^th. Many tour members will arrive early and leave late, in an effort to completely ruin their livers and criminal record. I will try to get a consensus from everyone as to their travel plans.

Hotel:

We are going to be pampered this year! Our blacklisting has somehow been overlooked by the fine people at The Manteo Resort, which is located at 3766 Lakeshore Road in Kelowna (250) 860-1031 | Fax: (250) 860-1041. Check out their website at www.manteo.com. Turn South on Pandosy Street (just east of the lake near the floating bridge) off of Highway 97. Follow Pandosy and I believe it turns into Lakeshore.

Golf:

The three match locations and tee-times are as follows:

The Bear – Friday at 11:48 AM (250-765-5955)

Shadow Ridge – Saturday at 11 AM (250-765-7777)

The Quail – Sunday at 1:12 PM
