Hyperspace Clouds looked horrible in FFE. If we include them, I suggest we give them a similar look to the dust from laser hits in FFE. Then it would look like what (I think) it's supposed to be: a cloud of highly-charged particles spurting from a hole in the fabric of space and rapidly diffusing out of the universe. The lightning is a neat enough effect to stay, though...

Also, the Cloud's color should vary according to drive (military, civilian, Thargoid) instead of 'departure' and 'arrival' clouds.
