Princess of the Court of Chaos and great grand-daughter of Benedict.

Dara rescued Oberon from his imprisonment in the Court of Chaos.  She teamed up with him to preserve the ruin of the Universe.

Despite this, she had her own agenda.  She impregnated herself with Corwin's son, Merlin, as her choice for a future ruler over both realities - Amber and the Court of Chaos.  She also walked the Pattern in Amber to gain mastery over Shadows.

At the end of the series, Dara wanted to have nothing more with Corwin after he killed her teacher in a dishonourable fight.
