Daughter of Oberon, princess of Amber.

Little is known of Fiona's past, she was an avid student of Dworkin's lore. 

For desiring the throne, she teamed up with Bleys and Brand to bring about the forces of Chaos.  Later, she and Bleys imprisoned Brand when they had reasons to fear him.  We see her for the first time in [Sign of the Unicorn].

Fiona came to regret her actions and started to act against Brand.  Without her help, Brand would have attuned himself to the Jewel and destroyed the Universe.
