The Enterprise is in drydock so that a special procedure can be run on the
ship to eliminate build-up of certain elements caused by the warp engines.
The process is deadly to life so the crew must be evacuated while the

his saddle so he can ride horses on the planet, learns that thieves are
attempting to steal lethal waste products from the Warp engines, a product
that are highly valuable to terrorists, as it can be used to make some very
nice bombs. Now Picard must stop them single-handedly. Down on the planet
the rest of the crew attends a reception by the commander, but it is
interrupted when Geordi finds some weappons hidden in the room, before
anyone can do anything two persons working along with the thieves takes the
group hostage in the command centre..
