Flint
Appears in: Moonlight Rambler
Biography
Flint was one of the rising stars at the S.D.P.C. He held the highest position of power there and knew all the secrets of the S.D.P.C. He was also a brilliant man and, without the knowledge or permission of GENOM, began to construct a weapon of mass destruction: The D.D. Battlemover. It was to be the most formidable tool in wars and he was going to sell it to the Communists. To get this done without being spotted by GENOM< he had the D.D. shipped up to the Genaros Moonase Supply Station where one of his cohorts, Kaufman, was watching over it. When Kaufman's harem of Sexaroids learned of the meaning of freedom and escaped the space station, they took shuttle ORCA IV, which was holding the D.D. in it. Flint and Kaufman suddenly had an immense problem on their hands: How to handle the lost D.D.? What if GENOM found out about it? They would both be dead men.
It was then that a man named Largo appeared and told Flint that he knew what was going on and would tell Quincy everything if Flint did not allow him to begin the development of a new type of Boomer, called a HyperBoomer. Flint had no choice but to let Largo stay at the S.D.P.C. while he fretted over the loss of the D.D. When a series of vampire-like attacks started occuring, Flint became aware that the D.D. was on earth and that it was being piloted by one of the desperate Sexaroids who had survived the escape from Genaros. He hired the Knight Sabers to recover the D.D. but that was not enough to stop the AD. Police from learning about what Flint and Kaufman were doing. As soon as the investigation into the crash of ORCA IV began, Flint and Kaufman were screwed.
When the D.D. was finally recovered, it was not by the Knight Sabers alone: Leon McNichol and a chopper were present, which meant that the police knew what was going on. Daley Wong squeezed the truth from Kaufman and suddenly the two were unable to cover up their actions any longer. The D.D. was out in the open and the whole plan to sell the D.D. had gone straight to hell. But worst of all, the Tower heard of their ambitions and had placed a price on their heads. In desperation, Flint fled. His current whereabouts are unknown.
Personality
Flint was a conniving, scheming man who cared very little for anything but his agenda. When he was threatened with the existance of Largo and the D.D. on earth, he saw for the first time how foolish his choices were and made the comment that if he fell, he was going to take Largo and Kaufman with him. Flint was slightly nervous, but far less so than Kaufman. Even as an intelligent man, he was no match for the suffocating abilties of GENOM and probably was dead before he could even leave Mega Tokyo.
Flint has only two or three scenes in the episode, and they are all rather short, so he was left as something of a blank.
