Before the Knight Sabers had even banded together as a foursome, Sylia Stingray was well ahead of current technologies and was constantly developing new and more powerful versions of older equipment, along with entirely new deigns and concepts. Her laboratories at the Silky Doll were so elaborate and advanced that they would have astounded and baffled most of the scientists at GENOM. Sylia had a variety of equipment that most laboratories would never see and the majority was especially designed for her mission.

Sylia linked to her computerSylia's equipment included a supercomputer that had a power exceeding that of the AD. Police's computer systems. She would not allow the other members to use her computer for personal reasons. Sylia alone had access to the particular machine located in her building and used it purely at her discretion. It had links set up to any other computer that might conceibably he helpful to her. It was her main source for communicating with contacts and officials around the world, and certainly one of the most powerful computers in existance. Sylia was building up an ever growing database of information about technologies from GENOM, the military, private concerns, and anywhere else she could think of. Through her computer Sylia had a vast network of people to contact whenever she needed.

The computer had a neural linking program through which Sylia could communicate with it. Whether or not one believes that Sylia is a Boomer, it is undeniable that at certain points she does in fact hook up to her computers and 'talk' with them via means that are not vocal or otherwise natural. Sylia could upload and download information from her computer. Her own brain worked as a software analogue but Sylia desired backups of anything that she knew; therefore, the computer was a dire asset to her mission as the leader of the Knight Sabers. It was also where the statistics for the Hardsuits were kept. It is a possibility that Sylia had all the information from her data unit transmitted into her computer as well as her mind. In that case, if she were physicall unable to recall the information she could still rely on herself, or if need be Mackie and Nene, to get the information from her computer. It was an essential part of the Knight Sabers' base.

Linna using a pen as a radio link to SyliaThere are a great deal of little things straight out of a James Bond film that Sylia created to aid in her research. Among those were pens that acted as radio links. While Linna Yamazaki and Nene Romanova were infiltrating the Saint Regis Hotel they each had what looked like a ballpoint pen but was really a small radio. They relayed messages to Sylia using this piece of equipment, all the while remaning discreet.

Sylia also built various transmitters to be used for her Knight Sabers and their clients. Linna had a transmitter hidden in her bra when she was captured by Reika Chang's men. Doctor Richard McLaren had a bracelet that he wore so that Sylia could keep track of him when the Knight Sabers were acting as his bodyguard.

Priss Asagiri had a computer built into her motorcycle with which she could also track anyone wearing a transmitter. This was how she found Linna after Linna was captured in episode seven. Sylia also put a radio on Priss' bike, although she did not do so with Nene's little scooter. Each of the four women had a motorcycle of some kind that was not a Motoroid and each of those motorcycles was given a link back to the Knight Sabers' HQ as a necessary precaution Sylia chose to take.

Linna in trainingFinally, Sylia designed a measuring system. With this Sylia was able to decide at what level a member's suit should be upgraded, how powerful she was, how good her eyesight was, what she weighed, how fast she was, and anything else helpful. There were machines that read muscle tone and body fat, much to Priss and Linna's amusement and Nene's chagrin. The measuring equipment included a room in which one of the women would face off against semi-transparent computer generated graphics that would extended false limbs at them in order to simulate a combat sequence. This was the best way to test how well a Knight Saber did without her Hardsuit and what her reflexes were like, once again to Nene's dissatisfaction. At least three of the four had to go through this regularly or whenever Sylia was updating her hardware. The measuring system was also a training tool that was used to show the Knight Sabers what to expect on the battlefield, and was most likely helpful when Sylia was first training them in AD2031. This training facility was stationed at Raven's Garage, owned by Doctor Raven, rather than the Silky Doll, probably for security reasons.

In 2034 this facility was apparently moved to the Silky Doll, away from Raven's Garage.
