Week 22: Flaurmont 26th, Nytdain, 15:54

James replied: "well UI won't do any thing 4 now"

Okay, your unusual answer to last weeks took me a while to think of something but here goes.

Your in some forested hills in the principality of Nouvelle Averoigne after the fight. Raynald asked if you would come with them
to Chateau Sylaire.

Sebastien says (in Belcadiz Elvish): "Well, we need to get some water for Isidore's wounds before too long."
Raynald replies (also in Belcadiz Elvish): "Ah... well," (gauging the position of the sun in the sky) "this time of year we should have about 2 hours till the sun goes down. The Isoile River is a little under three hours to the south or Chateau Sylaire is a little under four hours to the east. Even with having to carry Isidore-Fabrisse, we could make the river a little after dusk but we would be going out of our way."

During this time Sebastien has been tending to Raynald-Louis' wounds. He rolls a healing check and passes (6). Sebastien heals Raynald-Louis for 3hp. Sebastien gains 30xp (+30/+0). Can treat 4 more today.

What do you do/say?

Week 23: Flaurmont 26th, Nytdain, 19:18

nobody responded, your asking for it......

The Party is in some forested hills in the Principality of Nouvelle Averoigne in the Principalitys of Glantri

Your in the cleraing after the fight.

Sebastien answers Raynald-Louis (in Belcadiz Elvish): "We'd better go to the the river to treat her wounds, it also wouldn't hurt you and Claude to clean those wounds."
Raynald-Louise replies: (also in Belcadiz elvish): "We, to the river it is then." He translated to his companions and we set out.

Having to take turns half-carying Isidore-Fabrisse slows us down some. We leave the clearing at 15:54 heading to the river. Its a uneventful trip, the moon sets at 16:45, dusk falls at 17:25 with the sun setting at 17:55 and dusk fades at 18:25. we contiue on in the dark with us using our infravision to lead the humans and at 19:18 we reach the slowly flowing Isoile River. The humans tell us that there are some rapids a couple of miles upstream and that the river picks up a little more speed as it nears Vyonnes downstream. Sebastien uses the river water to cleanse the humans wounds.

Its now over an hour after sunset, you seriously should consider making camp. While Sebastien and the humans are at the river perhaps you two should decide what your going to do, who's (if anybody) will be on watch when, do you want to trust the humans with one or more watches or what, etc., etc.

Week 24: Flaurmont 27th, Loshdain, 5:30

Since you didn't respond I'll take that to mean that apparently you decided not to set watches nor even make a fire.

The party has made camp by the banks of the Isoile river in some forested hills.

Sebastien trys again to heal Claude and fails a modified focused healing check 18(11). Can treat 2 more today. Sebastien attempts again to heal Claude and passes a modified focused healing check 6(10). Can treat 0 more today. Sebastien used up a weeks worth of herbs.
Sebastien gains 10xp (+10/+0) to 1694/1484 (2500/1500).

Sebastien secretly goes off away from the group and casts Cure Light Wounds on himself.

It's a quiet and dark night, there is no moon so the only light comes from the stars.

They seem to be all over the place, you don't have time to count them but you are definately outnumbered by the... the... well, whatever on Mystara they are they are definately not friendly because they begin attacking. You quickly think of the humans, our elvish infravision evens out the field but the humans can't see in the dark. The creatures just seem to blindly fall upon our camp and attack with their claws.

5:33:42 Raynald-Louis fires again on the 9th creature, Short Range, 15(14). The creature is hit square in the back and collapses into the river, face down, floating, dead.

The 1st creature is now running away with Marcus right behind him about 24yds away from the camp.

5:34:02 through 5:34:11 the rodent things begin to run after the 1st creature as the 1st creature is still running away.

5:34:14 Guy begins to run after the 1st creature.

5:34:15 Marcus ?

5:34:16 Clain ?

What do you two do?

Marcus- You and Guy are running after the creature, you're about 24yds away from the camp, the creature is about that far up ahead still running away, and the rodent things are about halfway between you and the camp.

Clain- It's just you, Sebastien, Raynald-Louis, and the unconscious bodies of Claude, Isidoire-Fabrisse, and the bodies of 7 of the creatures. Another of the creatures bodies is begining to float down river and is now about 20yds away. The last creature is about 48 yds away and is running away (that's still short range for your short bow) with Marcus and Guy about 24yds away in pursuit.

Week 29: Flaurmont 27th, Loshdain, 5:37

The party's camp on the banks of the Isoile river is being attacked

James- I goofed. Your not supposed to be able to use sheaf arrows with a short bow (only with long bows or composite bows). I'll let you use up the sheaf arrows, but from now on you have to make or buy flight arrows only. That's my misteak, sorry. Like I said, I'll still let you use those 20 sheaf arrows like sheaf arrows (with out the range bonuses though), That sounds like the fairest option. Sorry.

Mike (& James)- You said you wanted to "pour on the speed" so I figured this is a good time to go over the rules for jogging and running.

There is walking: Movement Rate (MV) x1
There is jogging: MV x2
Then there is running: MV x3
and Running: MV x4
and there is Running: MV x5
There are three levels of running which we will appreviate Run (x3), Run (x4), & Run (x5). Your guaranteed to be able to jog, in fact you can jog for a long time. Your not quaranteed to be able to run and you can't run as long(time wise) as you can jog (unless you get extremely lucky die rolls). Also a run (x5) is more difficult than a run (x4) which in turn is more dificult than a run (x3) and the difficulty increases nearly exponentionally. I said you were running last week, that also was a misteak on my part, you were jogging, This round I had you increase to a run (x3).

On to this weeks:

5:34:15 Marcus picks up the pace to that of a run, 10(13).

5:34:17 Clain cocks an arrow and takes aim.

5:34:30 Clain releases his arrow, Medium Range (10). He now has 19 arrows, tot. enc:172cns.

5:34:31 Clain's arrow misses 4(10).

5:34:34 Raynald-Louis fires his short bow, medium range (13).

5:34:35 Raynald's arrow hits the creature in the small of the back and it goes down about 60 yds from the campsite. Marcus is about 4 yds behind it when it goes down, he keeps running towards it to make sure its finished. Guy is about 10yds behind marcus and he stops jogging.

5:34:38 Marcus catches up to it and its definately not going anywhere, the arrow went right through its waist, its gone.

It takes Marcus three whole minutes to rest and return to the camp. On the return trip he finds Clain's arrow, in tact. Clain again has 20 sheaf arrows and his tot. enc. is back up to 173cns.

Clain gains 275xp, now at 5023(8000)
Marcus gains 382xp/414xp, now at 761/793 (2500/2000)
Sebastien gains 47xp/45xp, now at 1731/1529 (2500/1500)
Guy gains 399xp
Claude gains 240xp
Raynald-Louis gains 221xp
Isidoire-Fabrisse gains 1xp

What do you want to do? Its about 22min till dawn (52min till actual sunrise)

Week 30: Flaurmont 27th, Loshdain, 6:36

You just finished up a fight

Unfortunately Sebastien can't treat anyone with infravision so Clain suggests we get some rest so you do so. Your camp stirs at sunrise (6:30). Sebastien has gained a level as a Cleric. (He is now a 2nd level Cleric of the healing sphere. He gains 1 permanent hp. He can cast one additional 1st level Clerical spell. He need 3000xp to reach the next level.) Sebastien secretly wanders off to go meditate, he makes up some excuse to leave the humans and gets Marcus to go with him to prevent arousing suspicion. (he asks for and recieves three Cure Light Wounds), he casts Cure Light Wounds on Marcus (Marcus is fully healed) and then on himslef (Sebastien is fully healed. Sebastien gains 90xp/200xp for the castings and healings. Now has 1821/1729{2500/3000}xp.) and then returns to camp and begins looking in on his patients (Clain, Guy, Claude, Raynald-Louis, and Isidoire-Fabrisse each heal one hit point, Sebastien gains 50/0xp. Now has 1871/1729{2500/3000}xp. He can treat 2 more today.). Now that its light you can get a good (normal vision) look at the creatures. click here to see (keep in mind that the ones you faced weren't armed with axes like the one in the picture). You also get your first good look at how everyone fared.
Clain: You came out of the fight pretty good. with that rest you are now fully healed. 20(20) hp.
Marcus: With that cure light wounds, you are fully healed. 7(7) hp.
Sebastien was cured completely by that cure light wounds. 11(11) hp.
Guy is in really bad shape. He has deep claw cuts above both eyes, he can barely see because of the blood that had been running over his eyes (its now stopped bleeding). His right wrist and elbow have been clawed, and his left bicep and the left side of his head have been scratched. 2(18) hp.
Claude is unconscious. In addition to his previous wounds, he took a strong fist to the chest (that was the blow that knocked him out) and his right hand is scrathced. 0(34) hp.
Raynald-Louis, in addition to his previous wounds had his right wrist and bicep clawed up and has a scratch on the right side of his head. 4(17) hp.
Isidore-Fabrisse, in addition to her previous wounds, had her thorax clawed up, but at least she is concious again. 1(23) hp.

It is now 6:36 am. What do you do?

Week 31: Flaurmont 27th, Loshdain, 7:02

Clain starts a fire (6min) and then leaves to go hunt down some breakfast leaving the rest of the partyt to stoke up the fire. While Clain is hunting, Sebastien goes herb hunting, but Doesn't find any herbs 11(10). Clain doesn't find any game 19(11), so he comes returns to camp and opens some rations for everybody. Over the spartan breakfast you learn that no one seems to know what these creatures are that attacked you. Also during the breakfast, the humans again try to persuade you to come with them to Chateau Sylaire, hinting that this prince Henri may like to meet the elven strangers who helped his servants.

Clain gains 5xp role playing bonus. It's now 7:02, what do you want to do?

Week 32: Flaurmont 27th, Loshdain

Hello all,
Well, James's unusual request took me a while to think of something but I
think I worked it pretty good. Each of you are getting a separate message
this week. I'm looking forward to seeing how this all unfolds.

To Marcus:

Those rations must of reached everyones stomachs because your metabolism has kicked in and your cold and numb limbs are starting to warm up. You can avoid most of that cold and numbness with a camp fire next time you camp outside.

Clain suddenly gets up and starts to leave, mumbling something along the lines of "Going huntin.". He's out of camp and into the woods before you can say anything.
Sebastien asks (in Elvish): "Why is he going hunting? We just ate."
Marcus doesn't know so all he can do is shrug his shoulders.
Raynald-Louis interjects (in Elvish): "Maybe he's already hungry again." To which everyone smiles and enjoys half a chuckle (except Isidoire-Fabrisse, seems she doesn't understand elvish).
Guy nods to Raynald-Louis who then says (in Elvish): "You still haven't answered me about wether or not you will come with us to Chateau Sylaire.
I'm nearly sure prince Henri would be eager to greet those that saved his humble servants.
"
Marcus replies (in Elvish): "I don't think we've decided yet"
Sebastien stands up and says (in Elvish): "Right now I think we should put together a stretcher to carry Claude," (now talking to the humans) "I noticed you have some stout cloth and hemp we could use. Marcus," (turning to address him) "will you help me gather some branches for it?" To which Marcus nods and stands up.
Raynald-Louis stands up and says (in Elvish): "Here, this should help" He goes over to Claude's resting form and detaches something from Claude's belt. When he turns around you see that it is a small hatchet, of a type perfectly suited to chopping wood, with the blade covered by a leather sheath. He hands it to Marcus handle first.
Sebastien (in elvish): "Perfect," (to Marcus) "Lets go" (he and Marcus begin walking away from camp) "Okay, we want pieces that aren't too heavy but yet are sturdy enough to hold Claude's weight. We'll need two branches about 3 branches long to form the handles and we'll need at least two probaly more, each about 3 leafs long to" (looks over his shoulder) "okay, we should be out of earshot by now. Before you gave a definate answer to his question, I wanted to make sure you know about these Averoignese humans."
Marcus seems to look perplexed so Sebastien continues trying to explain "Your Flaemish mentor, I'm sorry I can never remember his name, anyway, he was one of the good Flaem. But even he had many of the characteristic flaws found in the Flaem, remember?" Marcus nodds in agreement. "Well, the Averoignese have most of the same flaws. At least they're not xenophobic like the Flaem, but they do tend to be rather snobbish, especially among the aristocracy"
Marcus (in Elvish) "Ah.., okay good to know. Anything else I should know going in?"
Sebastien (in Elvish) "Well.... No."
Marcus (in Elvish) "What is it? anything could be helpful."
Sebastien (in Elvish) "Well, I'm sure it's nothing. Its just this prince Henri they keep mentioning, I'm positive its nothing."
Marcus (in Elvish): "What about this prince Henri guy?"
Sebastien (in Elvish): "How much do you know about the rulers of Glantri?"
Marcus (in Elvish) "Not much. I know its like a confederation of principalities and every ruler is a mage."
Sebastien (in Elvish) "That's essentially correct, only its not that they just happen to be wizards, only wizards can be nobles by law. There is a lower house of goverment where every noble down to baron has votes of varrying value, its all very complicated and not really important. The important thing is that every ruler MUST be a wizard. At the end of the great war, Prince tienne d'Amberville disappeared. His succesor, his elder brother, Richard, isn't a wizard. They got around that difficulty because Richard's wife Isidore is a wizardess. She has been ruling Nouvelle Averoigne ever since the end of the great war. Now, I don't know too much about the d'Ambreville family, Henri might of been one of the younger siblings, I don't know.... But last I knew Isidoire was in charge. Then again I haven't been in Glantri since last Spring, so something could of happened to her in that time. I'm sure its nothing. It's normaly best to not try and understand Glantrian politics, otherwise you'll end up with a big headache, It's all very complex. They seem to like it that way. Come on, we'de better actually come back with some branches or they might get suspicious."

What do you want to do? Is their anything you want to ask? etc.? anything.

To Clain:

You wanted to go hunting for some reason so:

The others seem to be just plain lazy and are taking their sweet slow time getting around, you decide to go try hunting again. modified hunting check 9(10). you spot a hare about 116yds away. Everybody loves rabbit stew, well except for Marcus for some reason. You try to close but the hare seems to sense something is wrong 19(11), you quickly aim and fire as the rabit turns its head to look at you. It sees you and starts to jump away but right as it moves your arrow lodges in its side and it jumps head first into a tree trunk. As you start to run over to it, it is writhing around on the ground. By the time you get to it, it has snapped the arrow shaft and is only twitching now. With a quick flick of your dagger you end the creatures suffering. The arrow shaft is snapped but the arrow head is lodged inside the carcase and you should be able to retrieve it (you can always make more arrow shafts and attach the arrow heads with your Bowyer/Fletcher skill).
You now have 19 sheaf arrows.

When you return to the camp, Guy and Isidoire-Fabrisse are breaking camp and packing away equipment. Other than the unconsious Claude, there isn't anyone else.

What do you do?

Week 33: Flaurmont 27th, Loshdain, 13:22

Hello,
Your all getting different messages again, but they all end up the same.
None of the possibilities I thought might hapen, happened so I'm just moving
on.

To Clain,

James, you didn't reply as to wether or not to make the stew now or later so I'm just going to presume you decided to save the rabbit carcase. I'm also going to have you use your bowyer/fletchering skill to show you that you can make arrows (just not arrow heads, you need Weaponsmithing for that)

You decide to fashion a arrow shaft to replace the broken one sense their are plenty of sticks around. As you are doing so, Raynald-Louis suddenly comes back into camp obviously in a hurry, he starts to open his mouth to tell Guy something but then he spots you and seems surprised. He aparently decides to say nothing. Right away Sebastien and Marcus calmly return to camp carrying a bunch of branches. They go about fashioning a stretcher for Claude. They finish making it then load Claude on to it. Camp is all packed away so you set out, (leaving the bodies of the creatures where they fell apparently) back to the trail and the clearing where you all first met. Having to carry the stretcher slows you down some, but not to bad and you get back to the clearing a little before 11 (10:48). You notice that it is now after the moonrise. The two dead werewolves bodies have been removed, either their comrades came and retrieved them or something drug the bodies away. You continue on down the trail and leave the hills and the forest behind a little over a chime after 1. Your now at where the trail head for the path to Sylaire breakes off. It's little more than a hunting path. Do you want to go to Sylaire? or leave the humans and continue towards Vyonnes?
Don't forget that map I gave you.

Back at camp you finished making the arrow shaft so you now have a arrow shaft (when you do cut up the rabbit for stew you can retrieve the arrow head and attach it).

To Marcus:

You and sebastien finish gathering the neccesariy branches and return to the camp. Clain seems to be suspiciously eying Raynald-Louis, but you don't know why. Camp has been packed away and Clain seems to of caught a rabbit, apparently for later. You and sebastien go about making assembling the stretcher. Once its done you gently put Claude on it. Week 34: Flaurmont 28th, Soladain, 6:00

No one rsponded! and it was such a simple choice, you only had two options! You know my policy, this brings it back up to two times now! You'd better watch out. I'm also going to be sending each of you character updates. I figure I will do character updates every two days of game time. Character updates will let you confirm that your character sheets are still current, It will include all of the numbers that are constantly changing (Xp, consumables, coins, enc, etc.). It will also remind you of any other changes since the last one and remind you of things you need to do. Use them to make sure that you are keeping up with your character sheets.
Since no one responded I had to decide on what would be in character for Sebastien to do.

Raynald-Louis (in Elvish): "Please come with us to Chateau Sylaire, Prince Henri shall want to thank you for helping us."
Sebastien (in Belcadiz Elvish): "Do you have a healer at Chateau Sylaire?"
Raynald-Louis (in Elvish): "Not a real healer, We normally summon one form Vyonnes, Although if their is an emergency Simon d'Ambreville is a cleric, that's if their aren't any other options.".....(mutters half to himself):"I don't know why they even tolerate having one around."
Sebastien (in Belcadiz Elvish): "Okay, You might want to have that healer check in on Claude if anything goes wrong"
to which Raynald-Louis replies (in Elvish): "Perhaps I should travel with you to Vyonnes and return with the healer tonight"
Sebastien quickly replies (in Belcadiz Elvish): "NO! Um, his wounds have been treated, he just needs rest now, same with the rest of you."
Raynald-Louis (in Elvish): "okay, sure you won't come with us to Chateau Sylaire?"
Sebastien (in Belcadiz Elvish): "No thank you, good bye."

The humans seem hesitant to let you leave but you do part company there, the humans head North-east while we continue to follow the trail South east. The trail passes along various farms and a lot of Vineyards. Farmers briefly pause from their work to see who the traffic is and stretch their backs before returning to work. The trail soon joins up with the river and follows the banks for about 1 bell until we reach Vyonnes. We've traveled over six and a half trails and the moon has set and it is well into dusk.
Vyonnes is a small city (the sign, in elvish among others, says the population is 5,000).
The first part of town (North West side) seems to be a very large entertainment district with numerous theaters boasting of performers such as (these are all ones who's signs are also in Elvish so Marcus can read them, most are only in Sylaire or other languagages) Therese du Hibou, Jaques Sibou, Sigmund & Rolf (Interestingly enough, the sign for this one has pictures of tigers on it), Maria Sanchez, Sephora Gerare, and Tatyana Nekelnevich, among others.
Along with the theaters are playhouses which have such showings as 'Kabare', 'le 3 archers', 'Man in the Magic Mask', 'The Story of Two hamlets' starring Elinor Callister & Thurio Hoff, 'Le miserebele' with Michel d'Ambrevile, 'Rad' staring Gilles-Alain Grenier, 'Don Sancho' starring Manuel Alvar, 'Ghost of the teatre', 'Flower of the Vale', 'Baron de Volnay', and 'Camile' among others (there are many others but only a few of the signs are in elvish, most are in Sylaire).
In addition to the very large entertainment districts there seems to be lots of tailors and seamstress shops. Looking in some of the windows, the prices seem very expensive, especially for the numerous womens gowns, but they all seems very fancy.
The sun will be setting in about half a chime so we decide to find an inn for the night. Believe it or not, we manage to find one run by a Belcadiz Elf by the name of Fernando. Since Sebastien is a fellow Belcadiz away from home he talks Fernando down to only one copper piece each. Since we have no group treasury (do you want to start one? perhaps one share could go to it, or one tenth of any finds?) We will have to borrow from Clain (Marcus and Sebastien both now owe Clain 1cp each). Clain gives Fernando his 1 On and Fernando charges 1cp for having to convert from Wendarian coinage, CLain starts to get angry over that but we quickly convice him that that is normal, even fair. Fernando gives Clain 6 Copper Penny's in change.
Fernando's inn serves a variety of mouthwatering delacies, both of Belcadiz origin (pan con aceite, huevos fritos, tapas, etc.) and Averoignian origin (Omellets, veal cuts, and something called escargon) along with a wide selection of both Averoignian and Belcadizian wines, but Clain is still upset about having to pay for the room so Marcus and Sebastien decide it is better to not ask for more money, we have plenty of rations. Clain suddenly promises to make us rabbit stew from his rabbit, Marcus grumbles a little but Sebastien says that will be fine. Clain goes downstairs and apparently talks (hoepfully only talked) his way into the kitchen and returns with the stew and an arrow head. Apparently one of the patrons in the common room was a fur trader and gave Clain 2 Silver Soverigns for the rabbits hide (Clain now has 2 Silver Soverigns). After we finish the Stew, we spend the rest of the night tending to our gear. (Clain, you use your bowyer/Fletchering skill to easily attach the arrow head you got out of the rabbit to the the arrow shaft you carved back at our last campsite, you now have a flight arrow. We finish the stew and turn in for the night. Its an uneventful night and we wake, fully rested, at 6.

It's now 6 am, the sky is just starting to lighten, what do you want to do now? (Marcus, want to relearn spells {if so, which ones}? Clain, what will you do during that time?. After that is there anything anybody wants to do in town? Or should we just get headed back on the trail towards Glantri city or is there a change of plans?)

Week 35: Yarthmont 1st, Lunadain, 2:29

Your in an inn room in Fernando's Inn in Vyonnes, Principality of Nouvelle Averoigne, Principalities of Glantri

Sebastien prays for spells while Marcus sits down to relearn spells. Seabstien asks for and recieves two cure light wounds and a magical stone spell. Sebastien and Clain then go downstairs. Sebastien talks Fernando into giving Clain a job in the kitchen for the day. Sebastien then leaves to talk to the local healer. Marcus re-learnes two copies of Burning Hands. Marcus leaves the inn a little before the end of dawn.

Clain does good in the kitchen earning 5 Silver Soverigns, as well as scoring us some leftovers for tonight.
Marcus finds some manual work for the day, earning 1 copper Penny.
Sebastien spends the day working with the healer. He can treat no more patients today. earns 120xp and 12 silver soverigns.
The room will again cost us 1cp each so Marcus ended up still owing Clain 1cp. Sebastien pays Clain 2 cp (one for last night, one for this). Clain pays Fernando 3cp for the room.

(okay, that's complex so here is what you each end up with:
Clain:58 gold Di's, 7 Silver Soverigns, 6 Copper Penny's, & 2 Copper Teci. Marcus owes you 1cp.
Marcus: you owe clain 1cp.
Sebastien: out of debt but still needs to upgrade his med kit (100gp) but now has 1 Silver Soverign and 8 Copper Penny's).

It's the end of the day again and your back in the room comparing what you all found out/overheard today:

You turn in for the night.

In the middle of the night Clain and Marcus are awoken by a soft knocking on the door (Sebastien is still sleeping). You wait a moment to see if you were just dreaming it but then you hear the knocking again, a little more hesitantly this time but accompanied by the handle being gently turned (your infravision allows you to see this clearly, the door is locked though).

What do you do?

Week 36: Yarthmont 1st, Lunadain, 2:30

Your in the inn room and Clain and Marcus have been awoken by a knock at the door.

Marcus elbows Sebastien to wake him up and then draws his longsword. Clain draws his dagger and approaches the door.
Clain says (in Elvish, loud enough to be heard through the door): "I have a dagger and i am not afraid to use it."
Someone on the other side replies (in Elvish with an obviously Anglais {Fenwick} accent): "Oh by Rad that would be most disagreable, for both of us... well for me more than you obviously, but it would mean you would miss out on an opportunity to easily make a few ducats. I was talking to that amicable Fernando fellow and he recomended that I perhap should converse with you gentlemen."
There is a moment of silence as you ponder this over before he continues "Listen chaps, I would prefer not to yell this through a door so that the whole inn can hear, could you open the door so that we can converse like civilised people?"

What do you do/say?

Week 37: Yarthmont 1st, Lunadain, 02:31

No one responded, I've told you several times what my policy is.

To Clain:

Your in the inn room and someone is at the door

You decide to open the door, just a little to look out.
Outside is a short human, middle aged, balding, and with a slightly pointed nose.
He says (In Elvish with an Anglais accent) "Ah, very good. May I come in so that we can talk without walking the whole place?"
Sure enough your conversation does seem to be causing a few rooms to stir. Some of the rooms now have light coming from underneath the doors. The room across the hall even opens slightly and though it is dark inside, you can see that someone is peeking out. You also catch a glimpse of lamp light reflecting off a blade.

What do you do/say?

To Kagemaru

Well, Its finally time to get you started. One note, I use 24hr time rather than 12 (but you should know 24hr right?)

Your in an inn room trying to rest when:

'What on Mystara is going on out there?' you think to yourself, someone is yelling in the hall in the middle of the night. You grab your khopesh, just in case, and go to the door to listen for a moment. Someone is speaking, in Elvish with somesort of accent, to someone on the other side of a door (inside a room). You open your door just enough to see out. By this time the person on the other side of the door had opened theirs also. You see a short balding human (With his back to you) talking to an elf who is carrying a dagger. That elf sees you peeking out your door.

What do you do/say?

To Marcus

You don't have to do anything this week unless you awant to.

Your in the inn room and someone is at the door.

Clain opens the door and looks out.

Do you want to do/say anything?

Week 38: Yarthmont 1st, Lunadain, 2:32

Everyone is getting different messages again this week.

to Clain:

That person peeking through the door across the hall enters the hallway, its an elf wielding a khopesh. He creeps up behind the human and sticks the point of his khopesh into his back (not stabbing him, just pressing the point against his back) and whispers (In Elvish, with what sounds to be concern): "Please... I'm trying to get some sleep! Hurry up so I can get to bed!".
He then looks to you "And you there in the room, let the guy in so I can sleep without hearing you yahoos talk!"
The human pleads with you (in Elvish, with that anglais accent): "Oh deariy my! I think it would be best if we do as he asks" The human seems to be holding his breath.

What do you say/do?

to Marcus

Clain seems to start at something and his eyes go wide. you now seem to hear another voice form in the hall.

What do you say/do?

to Kagemaru

you do the following (exactly what you said you wanted to do):
---------------------------------
I exit the door and creep behind the balding man. I stick the point of my khopesh into his back.

"Please... I'm trying to get some sleep!" I whisper with concern "Hurry up so I can get to bed!"

I look to the door.

"And you there in the room, let the guy in so I can sleep without hearing you yahoos talk!"
-----------------------------------

The human pleads with the elf in the door (in Elvish, with that anglais accent): "Oh deariy my! I think it would be best if we do as he asks" The human seems to be holding his breath in fear.

Right now you don't have to do anything but is there anything else you want to do/say?

Week 39: Yarthmont 1st, 0233

OK, FINE.

Your at the inn.

to Clain & Kagemaru (seperately)

Just then Fernando, the inn master comes from around the corner into the hall.

Fernando (in Belcadiz Elvish): "Ay Caramba! Whats going on here?"

What do you do/say?

to Marcus:

hmm.......

your in the inn room, Clain is still just standing in the doorway.

Suddenly you hear another, familiar, voice from the hall exclaim (in Belcadiz Elvish): "Ay Caramba! Whats going on here?"

what do you do/say?

Week 40: Yarthmont 1st, 2:33

to Kagemaru

you said "I just want some sleep! Is that too much to ask?" in Elvish

Fernando looks from you to your khopesh, briefly at the human, then to the elf in the doorway.

You don't have to do anything just yet unless you want to, I'm having to go slow through this part because the others aren't keeping pace. If there is something you want to do you can do it, but you don't have to do anything until my next mailing.

to Clain

The Elf with the khopesh replies to Fernando (in Elvish): "I just want some sleep! Is that too much to ask?"

Fernando looks from the elf, to the Khopesh, briefly at the human, and then looks to you.

What do you do/say?

to Marcus:

Clain is standing in the doorway doing nothing like a statue!

You hear the first voice say (in Elvish): "I just want some sleep! Is that too much to ask?" You again think that both voices seem vaguely familiar.
Sebastien looks to you, he seems as puzzled by Clains inaction as you are.

What do you want to do/say?
