My name is Erica and I currently reside in Missouri (USA). I'm a college student in my last year of undergraduate studies majoring in Social Work and minoring in Psychology. I did plan to work in Social Work for a long time, but recently I have changed my mind and have now decided to go for a Masters in Management Information Systems. I would still like to do social work for a while, working with the disabled population and also women's issues, but now I want to have a long term future that involves working with computers in some fashion. Over the past couple of years I've developed a strong interest in women issues and feminism because frankly, I LOVE to see women in strong positive non submissive roles, especially women of color, because I am a minority. I'm NOT a male basher however. I think men are wonderful (and sometimes simple *eg*) creatures, but I have no tolerance for the ignorant, chauvinistic male. (end of rant mode).

I would love to travel to places like New York, California and so on but eventually live in England. Why you ask? Because I have an interest in British culture and I think the people are charming plus I can't resist those awsome british accents. However, I know where my roots are and I will always be that quiet simple girl from Missouri.
