As usual, some members write about weapon trade or wonder if the underground scene still is. Other more serious themes are about the Apartheid regime in South Africa and Germany under Kohl is compared to the Republic of Weimar. A new column is called "The exciting page" and is making fun of teenager problems. Another great gag was the A3-poster "To Show One's Ass To Society" and you can guess how Schlaak, Tomaat, Solbo and Troll could be seen on it. Many things changed with our ninth edition: For the first time, 200 issues came out. It was also the first (and only) time that DisAgreement came out in Din A3. And never before had some articles been written and layouted on a PC. Tomaat rebegan to write some poems by hand. In the interview with Don Patrick Martin, Karl Marx was confounded with Karl May. Schlaak's 8 pages were put at the end of the fanzine because he never met the rest of the crew.
