Blümchen is the German Rave-Queen who started with the Paso Double cover Herz An Herz end 1995. In the beginning of 1996 this song entered the German chart and a new star was born. The same concept resulted in hits like Kleiner Satellit, Boomerang, Du Und Ich and the Queen-cover Bicycle Race. Her 6th single again was a cover, from Nena this time. After her 7th single Verrückte Jungs her first ballad was released: Gib Mir Noch Zeit. Although not rave, the song reached the German top 10. The follow-up also was quite different from previous tracks: this time the Sesame Street tune was used to produce a new hit: Sesam Jam. After that the song Blaue Augen was released, a song in rave-style like her first hits. With this song Jasmin was back on the right track, because her next single Ich Bin Wieder Hier also was a great rave tune, a remake of the Rozalla classic Everybody's Free. Followup Es Ist Vorbei again was a ballad. In France the song Tu Es Mon Ile by Ysa Farrow feat. Blumchen was released, a remake of Du Bist Die Insel, half in French, half in German language.
