BACKSTREET'S BACK: The Backstreet Boys storm their way onto the SoundScan
singles chart with "Shape Of My Heart" and score their second No. 1 on the
retail list. Despite their immense popularity since arriving on the scene in
late-1996, the Boys only received their first chart-topping SoundScan single
three years after their debut ("I Want It That Way" in 1999). "Shape's"
success on The Hits has been less spectacular hovering in the top five after
making a promising debut at No. 3 a few weeks ago. This week, it climbs 4-3
on The Hits.
