**Late during the night**
Kevin woke up suddenly covered with sweat. He had a horrible nightmare, but could not remember what it was about. His heart was racing a mile a minute. He laid back down on the bed, breathing hard, and tried to go back asleep. Even though he couldn't remember what the dream was about, he knew it meant something. But now the question was, what?
**Next morning**
"Mornin' cuz," Brian said as he walked out of his room and saw Kevin. "How'd ya sleep?"
"Horrible. I had this terrible nightmare," Kevin responded.
"Really? What was it about?"
"That's the thing, I don't remember."
"That's interestin'. Well let's go get some breakfast. Maybe that'll take your mind off of it."
"Ok." They walked down the stairs to the kitchen to see if anyone was cooking breakfast yet. There was no one in the kitchen but breakfast was made. They grabbed some plates and got some food. They then went into the dining room where Sam and Liz were already eating.
"Good morning ladies," Kevin and Brian said together.
"Morning," Sam and Liz responded smiling.
Kevin and Brian sat down at the table and started eating their breakfast. In walked Nick, AJ, and Howie with plates of food.
Kevin raised his head and said, "Mornin' fellas."
They responded with a smile. Next walked in Kris, Cort, and Nicole. And they sat down at the table too. They all ate their breakfast in silence.
After they finished breakfast, they took their plates into the kitchen.
"I'll do the dishes," said Sam.
"I'll help you," Kevin said in return. Everyone else left the kitchen and went their own ways.
"Thanks." As Sam washed the dishes, Kevin dried them and set them on the counter.
"So Sam, what do you do around here for fun?"
"Nothing really. I read a lot. Sometimes I lay outside in the grass and watch the clouds."
"Sounds like fun."
"You ought to the see the clouds around here. They seem so much bigger, because there are no city interferences. Come on, let's go outside and I'll show you." Sam finished drying her hands and then led Kevin outside.
When they got outside Sam and Kevin laid down on the cool grass.
"I like to try to see what they look like. Ya know what I mean?" Sam said.
"Yeah. Like that one looks like a rabbit," Kevin responded.
She returned his response with a smile. They laid there for awhile pointing out what the clouds looked like.
"That one looks like a heart," Sam pointed out.
"That one looks like two people kissing," Kevin said softly. Kevin sat up so he could look into her eyes. He thought her eyes were so beautiful. The most beautiful he has ever seen.
"Sam?" Kevin said.
"Yeah?" She turned her head towards Kevin and smiled.
"Can I tell you something?"
She sat up to look into his eyes easier. "Yeah, sure."
Kevin leaned in and gently kissed her on the lips.
