*The beach*
"God, this place is beautiful..." Misty whispered. She took a deep breath and breathed in the sea air. Misty ran through the white sand all the way to the edge where the beach meets the water.
"Well, I guess she's happy," Kevin said smiling. They walked towards the water and settled their beach blankets a few feet from where Misty was standing. AJ walked up behind Misty who was now staring out into the ocean.
"You like?" AJ whispered into her ear and slipping his arms around her slender waist.
"I like!" Misty replied with a smile and turned her head so she could see his face.
"Are you guys just going to stand there and stare?" Nick asked breaking their moment. AJ was about to tell him off when Misty agreed and headed towards the rest of the guys. She sat down on a blanket.
"Misty, are you enjoying this?" Kevin asked while he and Brian took off their t-shirts which revealed their 6-packs and muscles on their upper bodies. Misty looked up and began to stare. Her eyes met with Kevin. She blushed and looked down, fiddling with the edge of the blanket.
"Uh, yea I am... thanks you guys," she said quietly and then looked up to see all of them with only their swimming trunks on. She gasped and looked down again. The entire group smirked.
"Aww, look at Misty blush," Brian teased as he sat down next to her and poked her arm.
"Ah, shut up Rok..." she replied looking up at him.
"Hey it's not like you've never seen a guy naked," Nick said. He slapped his hand over his mouth, instantly regretting what he had just said. Kevin, Howie, and AJ each smacked him on the head. Misty tucked in her knees under her chin and looked back down, tears coming to her eyes. Brian put his arm around her.
"He didn't mean anything by that," AJ comforted putting his hand on her hand and squeezed. "You know Nick, always saying the wrong things at the wrong time." AJ turned to his right and gave Nick an evil look.
"I... I'm sorry M&M," Nick said softly and sincerely, sitting next to her and calling Misty his nickname for her. She looked up at Nick. A small smile crept onto her face.
"No, I'm sorry... I said I was going to stop letting this get to me. C'mon Nick let's go swim," Misty said quickly recovering. Nick grinned and took her hand. They ran to the water. The bunch laughed when Nick picked Misty up and dropped her into the ocean. She surfaced and managed to dunk Nick, which began a fun-filled water fight between the two.
"That looks like fun..." Brian started, a smile forming on his face. They all jumped up and ran towards the ocean and joined them. Misty was having the time of her life! She splashed AJ which caused him to splash her back. She quickly moved and AJ doused Howie instead. Water was flying everywhere. This continued for the next twenty minutes until their stomachs were aching from the constant laughter. They retreated from the water and lay on the blankets. The heat from the sun dried them as they tanned themselves.
Misty was relaxing on towel next to AJ. She smiled as she thought over the past few days. She and AJ had grown much closer. He was so very handsome. Every time he smiled, his face lit up and so did hers. Misty sighed and her grin widen. A few moments later she could feel someone looking at her. She opened her eyes and shaded them with her hand.
"Yes...?" Misty asked and smiled. AJ was lying on his side with his head resting on his hand. He returned her smile.
"Oh, nothing... I was just watching you," he replied.
"And why would you be watching me?"
"Because... you're beautiful..." he said shyly. Misty blushed. "Ya know you look so cute when you blush."
"Thanks Alex..." Misty said.
"C'mon, I wanna show you something." He stood up and held out his hand for her. She took it and he helped her up. While still holding her hand, he led her a little ways down the beach. They came to some rocks and he helped her climb over them. Soon they reached the other side of the rocks. Misty gasped.
"Wow..." A single dolphin jumped out of the clear water and waved its tail towards them. Misty smiled.
"You like?" AJ asked once again and wrapped his strong arms around her waist. They moved towards the edge of the water.
"I really like..." Misty replied softly, truly amazed. The same dolphin jumped out of the water with another one by its side. Together they gracefully leaped in and out of the water. "It's gorgeous Alex!"
He smiled. "It's amazing, isn't it?"
"Yup! How didya ever find it?"
"I was wandering this beach one day and I saw the dolphins. I came back the next day and they were here again. I go here whenever I'm home from touring. But... Shhh, don't tell anyone... let's just keep this as our little secret," AJ said.
"Of course," Misty said. He kissed her lightly on her cheek. "C'mon, we better be heading back. The guys'll be worrying about us."
"Alright."
"I'll race ya!" Misty broke from his arms and ran towards the rocks. They made it to the other side before AJ could catch up with her. Misty giggled as she ran with AJ right at her heels. He finally caught up with her. AJ wrestled her to the sand and began to tickle her. They both were laughing now. They rolled on the soft sand, tickling each other until AJ stopped when he was straddling her. His arms were on either side of her. They stared into each other's eyes.
"Well, isn't this a compromising position?!" AJ said with a sly smile. Misty returned his smile and placed one hand on his side and the other behind his neck. He brushed a stray hair from her eyes and caressed her cheek with the back of his hand.
"Mmhmm," she agreed. AJ slowly leaned down, his mouth growing closer to her awaiting lips. They both closed their eyes and began breathing heavily, each anticipating that one satisfying moment. To AJ and Misty, this moment took forever and a year to come. Their lips were so close when cold water was poured onto the two lovers. They both screamed and AJ quickly got off of Misty. Looking up they both saw Brian and Nick each holding a water bottle, laughing hysterically.
"You guys should see your faces!" Rok exclaimed through his laughter. Frick and Frack both held their stomachs because they were laughing so hard. Furious, AJ and Misty raised from the sand. They looked at each other and grinned wickedly.
"Uh oh..." Nick said. AJ and Misty laughed and sprung towards them. Rok and Kaos looked at each other with a worried look and ran for their lives towards the ocean.
"AAAaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!" they both yelled. Misty chased Nick and AJ ran after Brian. In a few moments, Misty, AJ, Nick, and Brian were playing in the water. The two older Boys sat on the towels smirked and shook their heads.
