"AHHHHHHHHHHH" Brian and Jay screamed, simultaneously. They had tracked down the car keys, dropped off Riah's clothes, and proceeded to the nearest amusement park where they were now upside down travelling rapidly through the loop of a roller coaster. They reached the top of another hill on the large machine and Jay girnned with delight. Brian on the other hand was a strange shade of green *Oh great* he thought *another hill*. Brian was terribly afraid of heights and didn't hide it for a moment. It took Jay 10 minutes to convince him to do this and he still went under protest. He was now feeling the serious reprecussions of agreeing to this. The ride finished and they stepped off. Brian quickly grabbed Jay's arm and looked at her pleadingly.
"Wanna sit down, Bri?" She laughed
He nodded almost happily. She lead him to a nearby bench and waited until he decided he was feeling better. His skin color improved and he took a deep breath.
"Feeling better, Bri?" She inqured, amused at the fact that he hadn't been joking about his extreme fear of heights.
"Much, no thanks to you." He joked back. He wouldn't admit it in his lifetime but that had actually been fun when he wasn't looking down.
"So why did you and Nick burst into our photo booth anyway?" Jay was looking bemusedly at the photo strip she had pulled from her pocket.
"We were running from crazed fans who recognized us in the record store" Brian leaned over examining the strip. First photo, Jay and Riah making a face at the camera. Second photo, Nick and Brian's big butts. Third picture, You could see Nick and Riah staring at each other clearly amazed about something. Fourth picture, Jay and Bri laughing their heads off while Nick and Riah glared at them. Brian chuckled and examined the pictues closer before commenting.
"Look at them, in that second picture Mariah looks like she's pulling a Jim Carrey. I'm amazed her eyes stayed in their sockets" He laughed.
"Yeah, what about Nick. He looks like his eyebrows got glued on wrong" She stated reffering to the inhuman twist they had taken on. "And you look like the alien love child of Mark Wahlberg and a hyena" She continued mercilessly.
"Hey! The picture dosen't look that bad!" He exclaimed loudly
"A- keep your voice down and B- I wasn't talking about the picture" She watched as Brian did the most mature thing she'd seen him do all day. He stuck his thumbs in his ears, spread his fingers out beside his head, crossed his eyes, and stuck his tounge out making only one sound.
"Thbptptptpt"
Jay couldn't help but laugh as much as she wanted to act like she thought it was the dumbest, most unattractive thing she'd ever seen a grown man do. Wait...how old was he anyway
"Bri, how old are you?" She asked him
"23....going on 6" He grinned at her then squinted "You aren't trying to imply that I'm immature are you" He eyed her suspiciously
"Absolutley" She stated
"Well. Fine" He turned his nose upwards and pouted like a five year old. This caused Jay to laugh harder. "Hey, lets go play a game" he jumped up and grabbed hold of Jay's hand.
Minutes later
"Here ya go" Brian handed Jay a large stuffed animal, grinning triumphantly.
"Thanks!" Jay looked at the giant gorilla and thought for a moment. *This guy is so sweet, He acts like a kid sometimes but he makes me laugh, and I love that accent* She grinned back at him and looked into his dancing, frighteningly blue eyes. *Wow, I don't think I've ever seen eyes that blue in my entire life*. Her thoughts were broken when he asked her a question.
"How old are you Jay?"
"18" She replied hoping it didn't scare him off.
"18 eh....well hey, that means one of us is a grown up." He drawled playfully. He looked into Jay's eyes and thought to himself *Wow,I don't think I've ever seen eyes that blue in my entire life*. The fact that she was 18 didn't bother him in the least. After all his best friend was 18 too. He reasoned then, why couldn't his girlfriend be? *Woah....Girlfriend? I hardly know this girl*. He tried to sort out his thoughts about Jay to no avail... He definitely liked her in that capacity but he kept telling himself that he'd just met her and he was leaving in 3 days anyway. What was the point in starting something?
