History
The story of Trial By Fire starts off at the beginning of 2000 originally named as Adrenaline Rush, but did not like the name. After that, the only band members at this time, Marty Andel, and Artur Janota, would just jam to certain bands like Metallica. They never got anywhere really. Then as the year 2001 shaped in, the new and better band with a better name, Trial By Fire arose. They're first time playing was at a reception in their school cafeteria. They played a Metallica songs, but they sucked, litterally. There were notes, and time errors. No need to worry, months later in February, the bands REAL first gig took place at Casa Royale. There were over hundreds of people there. It was a band boosters dinner, and there were Gemini Jazz Bands I and II, and after that, there was supposed to be a real treat, the band teacher, Steve Edsey's band played many songs, but afterwards, and around 10 o'clock, Trial By Fire stole the show. Trial By Fire supprised Steve Edsey and let him play with them as a bassist. Steve did a good job. They played two of Metallica's greatest songs ever, a hard rocker, and a nice little metal ballad. The songs were first For Whom the Bell Tolls, and then they're biggest moment ever with Fade To Black. Marty started off the song with the nice solo that Kirk plays, and Steve played the rythm guitar part on bass. The song, of course, got faster and harder. The song was then ended with Artur on the double bass playing very fast 16th notes, Steve doing rythm, and Marty with his amazingly fast solos. The crowd loved this performance. After this, Trial By Fire has wrote 4 songs so far, they're just beginners, (in writing not playing) They are going to be recording their first demo album this summer. The updated band is, Artur Janota on drums, Marty Andel on rythm and lead guitar, Rob Suttner on rythm and lead guitar, and Walter Gabriel on vocals. This band has a bright future ahead of them.
