Wave 42
Get the power-up immediately, or the flying beer bottles will cover
it in bombs.
Take out the flying beer bottles first, they're easier to get before
they reach the bottom.
Wave 43
Go for the birds first. Work from side to side while you can before
the bombs reach you. Then get the flying beer bottles.
Wave 44
Get the power-up first. In this case, one of my shots from the previous
wave already got it. I'll just wait here for the bombs to pass before I
go get it.
