Bullseye Aim killed Mr. Cory.
Had Mr. Cory been pushed out of his own window, his wife's roses
in the flower box would have been damaged. The dry paint on the nailed
window frame cleared Mr. Cantone right away, which only left Bullseye
Aim. She claimed to have been putting up her new drapes when she
saw the body fall past her window. However, there was no indication of
a step ladder or anything near the window that she could have stood on
to while hanging the curtains. The victim's wife said that her husband
was going to take care of some odd jobs for one of the tenants.
It must be concluded that Bullseye Aim asked her landlord to come
to her apartment and hang her curtains. While he was reaching up to
hang the curtains, all it took was one quick shove to send her
landlord plummeting and kept her rent from soaring.
