A TRIBUTE TO SEPHIROTH

He is extremely powerfull and skilled in the fighting arts and has never been defeated before. the weapon He use is called "Masamune" and have extreme destructive power and only He can use the weapon.

Sephiroth was My Favourite character in FFVII, if you ask me why Him?, well first I like his amazing unlimited power (at least according to my oppinion), His style (it's verrrry 2x cool!!), his amazing fighting arts skill and His deadly sword, most of all His madness :). That's why I made this page. I try to give you his biography which I got from FFVII story, "WARNING: THIS IS A SPOILER FROM FFVII STORY, SO FOR ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE'NT FINISH THE GAME OR PLANNING TO PLAY THE GAME PLEASE LEAVE THIS AREA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, don't blame me if you dissapointed cause you read this story!! (I've already tried to warn you)

In the FFVII story Sephiroth was once a legendary Shinra SOLDIER. Almost everyone know His name.Especially all rookie SOLDIER, they all lookup to Him and they want to become like him. But His name and his legend soon shattered with the discovery that He find when He, Zack (first class SOLDIER), and 2 Shinra SOLDIER escort guard (one of them was Cloud, who looked up to Sephiroth as His Hero) on a mission to check a broken Mako reactor in Nibelheim Mountain.

Inside the mako reactor they found, pods that contain strange creature (actually it was human but Prof Gast made experiment and inject them with large doses of Mako Energy). The creatures recieved mako Energy and Jenova energy. Since Sephiroth Mother's named Jenova He became suspicious, and tried to find the answer by done some research reading in Shinra Mansion (at Nibelheim town).

He Discovered that many years ago Shinra organized some project to research an ancient people, known as Cetra (Ancient). It linked to "Promise Land" (Cetra Legend). The Promise Land Rumored to be abundand with Mako Energy (which was Shinra Use to build a Mako Reactor).

Because of their own greedy uses, they want to take over the "Promis Land" Over two-thousand years ago a being that was possibley of Cetra descent was discovered, and prof Gast was appointed to study this being, Named Jenova to find any usefull information and Shinra planned to made mass produce SOLDIER who exibit amazing skill of the ancient. Guinee pigs were subjected to experiments where they were placed in pods and given large doses of Mako energy and left to mature. Sephiroth had been one of these test subject, in fact He was the most prized specimen and sucessfull subject.

With this discovery Sephiroth became dissapointed and angry (or I think the suitable word is mad), and He destroy Nibelheim town in a fire strom and Slaughter then He made his way to Mako Reactor to meet His mother Jenova. Zack the First rank SOLDIER came to reactor and tried to stop Sephiroth but his skill not enough to defeat The great Sephiroth, and He was injured (umm maybe he died I think). Cloud was the one who actually suceed to kill sephiroth although He knew that Sephiroth's skills far outmatched his. ( I think Cloud and Sephiroth died together and Prof Hojo was the one who construct their bodies and Hojo made Cloud as an experiment to be a one of many Sephiroth Clones but the experiment to cloud was failed).

When Shinra knew this, They concerned about Jenova security and moved it to Midgar. 5 years after Sephiroth died, He was able to came back to real world. when He knew that Jenova was being held in Shinra Headquarters (at Midgar city), He reclaimed Jenova from shinra and slaughtering almost everyone in Shinra headquarters and assassinating the President of Shinra (and then the Shinra Company was command by His son, Rufus)

At the time no one knew that Prof Gast has daughter, who was the true decendant of the Ancient, Ilfana. Aeris Gainsborough was born with ability to communicate with the planet. With this ability She was the only one who knew Sephiroth true plan, which has nothing to do with the promise land but actually was to use black materia to Sommon Meteor, how to Stop Him.

Meteor would wound the planet and when the Lifestream emerged to heal the wound, Sephiroth would absorb it to become a deity.Aeris later joined Cloud and several others, including Tifa, Cid, Barrett, Yuffie, Nanaki, Cait Sait, Vincent, who had formed a group called Avalanche to stop Sephiroth. Aeris knew what she had to do, and she gave up her life, murdered at Sephiroth's hands, to save the planet.

After Aeris was murdered by Sephiroth, Cloud was able to retreive the Black Materia from Sephiroth and near the Northern Crator, the location of Sephiroth's physical body. Cloud then made a shocking discovery of his own. Cloud whom was the Jenova Clones, created by Prof Hojo who wanted to made another "Sephiroth"

He was also alerted to the fact that he was like a puppet in the hands of Sephiroth. Sephiroth was able to mentally over-power Cloud into giving him the Black Materia back and summoned the meteor. After the shocking revelations, Cloud was not sure if he should go on, as he might endanger the rest of the group.With the help of Tifa Lockheart, Cloud dealt with his inner turmoil and came to peace with his true origins.

Cloud and Avalanche travelled to the North Crator once again to confront Sephiroth. After destroying Sephiroth's true form, Holy was released and the group breathed a sigh of relief. But holy had the opposite affect and seemed to be helping meteor. In the end it was Aeris' prayer at the Forgotten Capitol that defeated meteor, as the Lifestream emerged and engulfed Meteor.

But What Sephiroth never knew was that He was living a lie. Jenova was not really an Ancient nor his mother, but an alien refered by the Ancients as "Terror from the sky". And in fact Jenova had wiped the Ancients out of existance with a deadly virus. Sephiroth's real parents were actually Hojo and Lucrecia. Hojo had given up his own son to Gasts Jenova experiments while he was still in Lucrecia's womb in order to find proof of his Reunion theory.

And I think You all know the ending of this story, Cloud and Sephiroth finally fight in one big battle Where sephiroth Shows His true Form called "One Winged Angel" which was the result of the Jenova Cells in His body. That was Sephiroth's Biograph I gathered from Many Resources so what do you think about Him ???? And for me He will never died in my memory and HE WAS THE BEST CHARACHTER IN THE GAME :)
