The SHINY cows are a rare breed of Friesians; born in 1994 they first appeared in Earthworm Jim. They where the most instrumental part in the whole game without them there could possibly no EWJ as we know him today. The original stunt cow who was launched into the air was Bessie Mctavert; she liked nothing more than chewing the cud and being launched at breakneck speed into space. She is not however the cow that lands on the princess that is actually Moo Moo the cow, Dave Perry's cleaner�s pet cow. The cows also had starring rolls in many other SHINY games including EWJ2, MDK and there is even one in a tube on WILD 9 somewhere. But now the cows have been retired in place of sick humor and violence although I don�t implore this I miss the old cows and this site is dedicated to them. The cows now live in a luxury apartment at the back of SHINY Entertainment's lot where they can look forward to being fed the most succulent of green grass and drinking hay smoothies and lying on straw sofas.
