ki balls
KI balls are very important to training with ki. This is one thing you need to master. Get relaxed. Breath deeply. Cup your hands as if you are holding on to the sides of a baseball. Now you must control your energy and move it to your hands. Take as much energy as you can from your dan-tien and compact it in your hands. Now move the energy between your hands. Use your will power to make it form into a ball. Keep the energy ball as compacted as you possibly can. You will most likely feel heat or tingling between your hands. You may not be able to see your energy ball for a while but that is ok. Your ki ball does not have to be visible to be strong. Once you are done or satisfied with your energy ball I prefer you put it all back in your dan-tien. Keep doing this everyday for about 15 minutes.
ki flame
This is a very basic power up. This is another exercise that you should master. It is very important in your training. It powers you up keeps you energized and helps keeping you from burning out. Start off by taking all the ki from all parts of your body and putting it into one spot. Now start drawing ki from everything around you and filling up your inner body with it. Then start using your will power to force it into your aura and compress it in there, once a certain ammount of ki is into it, it will respond to the pressure it has compressed in it and the pressure of ki around you causing it to form a flame like energy body around you, it is the color chosen by your mood or reason for making it.
