Sepheroth, who's past is a mystery, who's history is locked away in secret Shinra documentation, who's origins are unknown, and who's abilities far surpass all those who attempt to compare themselves to him. He is the sole being capable of weilding the legendary sword Masamune. His magical abilities rival those of the greatest sorcerers, his combat powers are better than those of any warrior, and his mental agility allows him to think fast and hard. And what does he do with all this power? He wants more.
Sepheroth is willing to destroy the world to release it's great magical energies so he may absorb them. Created in an experiment by professer Ghast, Sepheroth is far more than just a human. The blood of the ancient Cetra runs through his veins, and the enchancements of modern Mako energy flows through his soul.
His long, white hair, his deep green eyes, and his silence make Sepheroth one of the most developped characters in video game history. He reigns at the top with his fellow game character Cloud, and greats from other games such as Lef Arris from Privateer 2: The Darkening.
Final Fantasy VII is one of the few games with serious character developpement. Everyone has a past, or at least some event in their history which affects the outcome of the game. Most importantly, of course, are Cloud's and Sepheroth's pasts. However, much debate has arrisen as to the actual history of both men.
