If you don't have the time and/or the patience for solo play, there is yet another option available to the player of Jedi Knight. Multiplayer games can be achieved via connections over LANs, modem connection, Internet or Null Modem. There are two different types of games that can be played in multiplayer mode. Three "Capture The Flag" levels allow different teams of players to battle one another in an attempt to seize the flag of the opposing team, while protecting their own. Six "Jedi Training" levels are provided for multiplayer Force-fests, where players can wield their weapons against any opponent. In many of the multiplayer levels of both types, weapons, ammo and power-ups abound for all players, scattered about for the taking.

Although not supported as of the time of this writing, there are plans for Jedi Knight to be supported on Microsoft's Internet Gaming Zone. At the present time, the Zone is a free service, allowing players desiring multiplayer challenges to match up with other, similar players. LucasArts has also set up an informational page relating directly to their games, and this page can be found at Rebel HQ.
