The Gathering: A Dark Legion Requiem

Once upon a time, there was a MW2 clan on Mplayer known as The Dark Legion (DL). From the remnants of another great clan The Gods of War were they formed, and DL was respected and feared as one of the greatest clans ever.

During the Memorial Day weekend of 1998, something unprecedented took place; several DL members gathered and met each other, face to face and heart to heart, in the Mammoth Caves area of Kentucky. Displayed here are some of the photos taken of that Gathering...

As the saying goes, pride goeth before a fall and, thanks in part to stubborn willful pride on behalf of Yours Truly (strangely enough, a Pryde), shortly after this Gathering the Dark Legion fell. Knowing myself, had I to do it all over again events would've rolled out the same way, and I would've reacted the same way. For what it's worth, I regret the way things turned out.
