The EVL Binder mounted at the back is capable of emitting a powerful Psycho Noise which offsets the distrupting effect of Mars Crystal to the functioning of V.Converter. Utilizing this ability, there exists several types of weapon which has the effect of temporary blocking a VR's functioning.
