Page 05 - Seeking Patrol Ship Parts
First, go to 3 Material Storage to get the Key Plate. Next, go to A Control Room (use Stungun to open the door) to find this machine. Insert the Key Plate to this machine, and then get the Blue Key Plate. Finally, back to Material Storage to help Dylan.
