Red Rain:
The AnarchsThe very term "Anarch" seems to send most elders into paroxysms of loathing and irritation. Though maybe it's more than that: it may be fear. For what is it that the elders have that the majority of the population does not?
Power.
But what is an individual's power without the respect--and fear--of his followers?
Nothing.
That is the secret strength of the Anarchs, though they may not realize it.

The Rabble
Dodge,
Brujah
Embraced sometime after the Civil War, Dodge has been around long enough to know better--but not long enough to be able to resist doing it anyway. He's intelligent, passionate yet eloquent, charismatic, and at times he makes far too much sense. He's survived the decades by relying on his own wit and resourcefulness.
Rumor has it that he's created progeny before. There's mention of a Brujah brood, with a Sire fitting his description, who went behind enemy lines in World War I and rescued dozens of war prisoners. There's another story of a brood, just like the first, who weaseled their way into the army and took on the Nazi's during World War II. Still another has them scouring the bush in Viet Nam and laying ambushes against the enemy in Korea.
Today, he is the only one who could support or refute these claims.
The last time you saw him active, he was Frenzied, and at the mercy of Markus. Or was it the other way around? Then he was staked and faced the wrath of Gideon. You returned him to his current brood, for better or worse.
Marc,
Brujah
A firebrand in life, his rebellious idealism was increased tenfold by the Change. Dodge found him in the early 1960's and decided to bring him into the fold. He's not very talkative, and makes a perfect second to Dodge's leadership. Not used to being the one in charge, it was a fairly simple matter to allow Darth to step in as provisional Anarch leader when Dodge was taken down.
But now with his Sire safely back in the Brujah's hands, there's just the simple matter of lying low until Dodge wakes up. He'll know what to do.
Marc is sure about two things: he doesn't want to go back to any Anarch revolt led by Caitiff, and he doesn't want to go to Don Gregorio for help. This leaves his options pretty slim... but hopefully Dodge will be awake soon...
Justice, Brujah
They say a name says a lot about you. Justice had the right one at the wrong time: Marc happened to be passing through. When the Brujah met Justice in the quad of American University in 1990, he knew he had to make him his childe.
What Marc didn't know was that Justice didn't even attend AU, he was visiting a friend. He was a parttime model for art classes, local ad agencies, and a few retail department stores--with absolutely no aspirations beyond being a pretty face.
Marc's Embrace changed a lot of that. Now Justice fights for something bigger than himself, and has finally found something to believe in. Hopefully, it was a wise choice.
Amber, Brujah
Another impulsive move by Marc: Justice and Marc found themselves in over their heads in a raid against a greedy retailer who was using illegal immigrant workers to finish their quotas. They hit the dockworkers late at night, but were taken by surprise as a neighboring ship's crew decided to help out their union pals. Marc and Justice had to hide out--and fast. Amber happened to be cursing her luck at just that moment, having been given a dare she could not refuse if she ever wanted to get into the sorority: she had to make it all the way to the end of the dock, retrieve the token left there by her would-be sisters, and return with it before sunrise. Justice and Marc found an easy mark in her, and desperate for a snack, attacked her. Marc found out pepper spray actually hurts and Justice found that even a sip of her blood was enough to tide him over--and then some. She wasn't KO'd by the Kiss, and moved by some strange force (or perhaps it was just the fact Justice was the most gorgeous thing she'd ever laid eyes on), she decided to help them. They jumped into her Beamer and she drove them to safety.
She didn't make it into the sorority... but out of gratitude (and desperation to strengthen his forces against those $%*king dockworkers), Marc gave her something even better: eternal life.
The Clanless
Darth
, Caitiff
What really sucks is that he's got a following: sure, they're his inner-city, gang-banging, ill-bred, foul-mouthed brood, but it's still a following. When Dodge and his brood joined forces with Darth's, the Anarchs became a true force to be reckoned with.
It became painfully obvious, as well, that Dodge was the brains behind the operation when he was staked and taken to the Prince. The body went on acting without its head, however. It will be amazing if they last through the next few nights though, under Darth's fiery-tempered, reactive regime.
Darth's Brood
Sonya
Darth's right hand--or maybe his left. She's apparently as dedicated to his cause as an Anarch can be dedicated to anything beyond destruction of the establishment. She protects Latitia, who doesn't seem to be quite as cut out for this life as the rest.
Should anything happen to Darth, it seems a pretty sure bet that the rest would follow Sonya.

Logan
, Caitiff
He is the childe of Solstice, the next-to-youngest member of House Glenarden. He has a legacy, proud but secretive, to uphold. And he's thrown in with the Anarchs.
If only Matt will let him make his own decisions, that is.
Perpetually trying to protect people from themselves, Matt has decided that it is his responsibility to bring in the wayward scion, and make sure that he gets home safe and sound to Solstice and Griffin.
and
St. James, Gangrel
Of all the Gangrel that appeared that night for the semi-public rant, St. James is the only one who reappeared at the junkyard and became part of the actual revolt, led by Darth.
Of all those who left, he was the only one to return... to be chased ignobly by the grotesque mastiff, Raoul: Brujah Ghoul and guardian of "the Ooze." Choosing the "better" part of valor, he left when Matt challenged him. St. James is either beyond petty ego and macho posturing... or he's a coward's coward.
Either way, thanks to a tip from Matt, Donovan is now on his trail. I bet their reunion isn't going to be pretty.
and let's not forget...
RAOUL,
Brujah Guardian
Scary. He's just scary. Despite the big chain and spiked collar, despite the fact he reacts to the Brujah like they're family and he's a puppy when Amber is around, Raoul is a big, bad, scary-ass dog. Even Rain was given pause by the thing. It chased St. James off -- but then again, what couldn't do that?
He's a Ghoul, so he can run around when the sun is up. And keep in mind, Rottweilers are excellent trackers. Excellent.
