Each member must be chosen by their sector using a transparent method.

Each member must sit for a up to 5 years only.

These should only be paid if they do not already have jobs, other wise be paid expenses only. They can have cars to enable them to attend sittings. They maust attend a minimum number of sittings per year.

Mugabe spent years shouting his mouth off about socialism. Meanwhile he was amassing large fortune in Switzerland. He cost the citizens a lot of inward investment when they could have been employed.

 The "Bring normality To Zimbabwe Group 2000" is made up of all those people from Zimbabwean groups such as:

Zimbabwe Business Sector
Zimbabwe citizens who are unemployed
Zimbabwe Police officers who would arrest criminals
Zimbabwe Professional Sector
Zimbabwe's real intellectuals excluding Jonathan Moyo
Zimbabwe percecuted
Members of the MDC who support crime free change
Members of the Zimbabwe armed forces who would like to live like humans.
Black Farmers who got their land fairly
White farmers who bought their land after independence
White farmers who inherited land unfairly but realise that they must share it with black peasants
White farmers who would like to settle in Zimbabwe
White people who may want to keep their white culture but mix well with blacks in Zimbabwe.
All those who attract investment to Zimbabwe and keep an eye open for it when abroad.
All employers whose businesses keep many families fed and clothed.

Enforcement of the rule of law for all including the political leaders.
Personal security for everyone in Zimbabwe

Availability of common commodities such as food fuel and clothes.
Introduction of democracy as defined by the Zimbabwe people without violence.
Genuine attempts to reduce the spread od HIV infections.
A genuine multiparty system
The compiling of an unbiased constitution including the
abolition of an executive president, and introduction of Prime minister
Introduction of an upper house with appointed members
Funded political parties
An unpoliticised army
A genuine police force which can not take orders from the prime minister.
All tyhose who believe nepotism should be outlawed.
Kidnapings and disappearances by government should not be allowed even for bad citizens.

All those with blood on their hands are not welcome. This includes Mugabe, Hunzwi, Jonathan Moyo, and all those of their colleagues who have looted the country causing poverty and suffering to the rest of us. Ian Smith is not welcome either. He has never apologised for the thousands he helped to murder. He wrote a book about it which he sells to fellow fascists. We suppose Mugabe will try to do the same. Most fascists do. Arap Moi has just done. We do not mind books if they are from persons of the people.

Being an African country, Zimbabwe may always be ruled by dictators or people who start off as genuine and grow into dictators, like Mugabe, but it is our real hope that people in Zimbabwe have learnt their lesson and will sit down and come up with a real constitution which in hard to change and hard to operate outside of without being forced to resign.

Law must be practiced with the approval of all citizens. Criminals must be arrested and charged. Murderers, even if they are politicians, must be arrested and tried. There should not be the old boys' schools operating illegally in the country.
