July 25, 1942 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Among Linda's favorite childhood memories are her high school years, church
camps in Oklahoma, and Young Life camp in Colorado, her family gathering on
Sunday morning and enjoying lunch. She also remembers summertime visits to
Okemah -- especially the rodeo and the swimming pool.
Linda attended Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma. Met Ben D.
Wells at a party in Tulsa and they were married at the Tulsa University
Chapel in Tulsa. Ben, an Engineer in bridge construction, died March 22,
1994.
