Christmas Time

To be three years old at Christmas time.
Yes, this is what I want to be.
The pretty lights and smells of a Christmas past,
What fond memories they do bring.

To be eight years old at Christmas time.
Yes, this is what I want to be.
The list of joys for dear ole St.Nick.
The list went on forever, back then I do think.

To be fourteen years old at Christmas time.
Yes, this is what I want to be.
Going to the mall, with my Santa Claus,
My eyes, so big I could not blink.

To be twenty years old at Christmas time.
Yes, this is what I want to be.
I have an angel of my own now,
and I can't wait to see her under the tree.

To be thirty years old at Christmas time.
Yes, this time its for keeps.
All my angels are growing up now,
and together we all pray for Jesus and
St. Nicholaus on this Glorious Christmas day.

Bethlehem

Hail Michael and Gabriel with trumpets in hand,
Blasting news they have learned from a far away land.
Three Kings heard the sound and set out to give Thanks,
To a new baby boy, they all bowed with their ranks.
The star shined so bright over Bethlehem that night,
that the shepards and sheep were awakened with fright.

A Kings ransom of gifts were laid at the Babes feet,
with promises of hope, the new King will keep.
Please Michael and Gabriel return with the news,
that our Bethlehem Babe will return to us soon.

Rudolph

Rudolph quit the sleigh team,
Blitzen's on bended knee,
Prancer's off in one of his daydreams,
Poor Comet has to take the lead.

Donnner keeps on hopeing,
and Dasher is praying too,
That Santa's slimfast diet,
he started just last June.

The elves are in an uproar,
to many presents in the sleigh,
How is dear old Comet,
Going to save this fatefull day.

Vixon pleads with Rudolph,
with his nose that shines so bright,
How could you quit the sleigh team,
On of all, this Christmas Eve night.

It's easy, says Rudolph, really,
No more fun and games,
There fighting over me at Disney,
Now you all can pull the reins.
