in the old days, Gypsy
caravans would travel
across the various nations of eastern,
central and western europe quite freely...
the Gypsy people weren't
really FROM
those areas.. they were just "passing through"
except that the "passing through" never ended.
and so the Gypsy people became a
conglomeration of MANY different
peoples, mingled customs and histories....
originally, legend has it, my
people
came from india (The Gypsy Lore Society)
they were the people in the caravans......
coming and going between trade
areas
of the "Middle East", they eventually
extended their reaches, literally,
from China to Spain....
and everywhere in between
now.. the reason i'm brining
all this up,
is so that you can understand the mentality
of the Gypsy male.... and, in their own ways,
they were ALL "Doms"
they were originally harem keepers....
they LIVED the D/s lifestyle,
practicing bdsm as a practical approach
to everyday problems
in modern movies, mostly only
gypsy women are portrayed.....
that's because there ARE no
"role models"
in recorded history that are BELIEVABLE
about the gypsy male........
what few stories that have
been passed down,
have only come through the gypsies, themselves....
and people don't always consider gypsies to be
totally truthful and SELDOM
a reliable source of information.....
but... while the stories ARE a
little difficult to
believe.... the gypsy male was FAR more
"powerful", "sensual", "sensitive"
and "psychic" than those around them...
their sexual prowess, knowledge and "gifts"
are TRULY legendary....
however, as a "hunted
race", they had to
learn to "merge" and "blend in"
with modern society, in order to survive....
enter, the Gypsy Dom.....

i was born in a typical
mid-western
American, northern indiana town, which
was named after a town in south America,
Valparaiso, Indiana....
being one of the first waves of "baby boomers"
i grew up watching the television industry
grow up with me.....
being raised on a farm, by
solid parents
who were fully adapted to the modern
society of the time,
my only windows on the world were
tv, radio, school and books....
needless to say, i grew up
with quite a diverse
and wide ranging education....
you can take the gypsy out of the caravan....
but you can never take
the caravan out of the gypsy......
my FONDEST desire, as a child
was to be a professional entertainer...
i became quite proficient as an organist
and keyboard player...
but, the changing economic
times of the
early 60's, found my family moving to
Tucson, Arizona, where i finished High School
started college,
my own bands and my first family.
Needless to say, i was quite a
rowdy musician,
to say the least..... >weg<
the war in Viet Nam was
gobbling up
available young males, at the time,
but.... i was already married and it was
too expensive for the government to draft
a married man with a family
to support and send him to die....
by this time, i was doing
quite well
with my music, and i set out "on the road"
with one of my bands as a travelling group.....
we travelled for many many
years,
but i eventually allowed a woman to
break up the group, and i quit music
as a career.... eventually becoming a
tradesman and contractor....
i have been married 4 times
and
raised 3 separate families.....
i've had COUNTLESS lovers,
boasting at one time that i had
at least 3 women in every town
i'd ever been in......
my last marriage has lasted 13 years....
but i had NEVER really
realized
just WHO i was, and just WHAT i was
in any way that would have a practical
purpose, other than my own romantic
and social pursuits....
not until i met my Kitten.........
Amanda.....
until
i met my kitten, i was a round peg
in a square hole.... i had no more idea of
the REAL MEANING of my heritage and
those things within me..
i
was baseless and searching....
oh... don't get me wrong... i understood who
i was, and i had a direction...
but i had NO idea what it all meant
nor really how to apply my "talents"
Thanks to Amanda, my kitten,
though....
it wasn't long until i realized just WHERE
and HOW to apply this gypsy heart....
i grew up alone, on a farm,
with only
my tv, radio, books and school friends...
so, i SOON learned to REALLY value people....
to FIND value in them...
hungry for friendship and
eager to
really understand people,
i grew up really CARING about them....
i also grew up hungry for love....
and sex....
being an Aquarius by birth,
it is my natural inclination to
REALLY "get into" people's minds,
seeking to understand them....
being a gypsy, it was my
natural
inclination to get into their hearts, as well....
but, having grown up so
utterly
alone and lonely,
unlike either most gypsy men
or aquarius males,
my motives are the result of
truly desiring to care...
and share....
