(4) The site must also have at least one (1) link to any Deaf association's homepage.

(5) The site must also have at least one (1) link to any Deaf school's homepage.

(6) The site must also have at least one (1) link to any Deaf business website

These may be people/organizations who helps or inspires others to create top quality, accessible, and informative websites and mailing lists. This award also goes to people/organizations who motivates and influence disabled people to extend helping hands out to other disabled people using the internet.
