MAIN CHARACTERS OF OVA2...

Arslan Darun Eram Farangis Gadevy Guibu

Hirumes Jaswant Narcasse Quishwald Rajendra Zande

AND OUR STORY CONTINUES...

Narcasse jumped down from the outcropping he was on, knocking out a few soldiers, and dragged the girl, Alfreed, along with him, to his horse and to safety.

The Lusitanians are trapped in the sandstorm and can't follow them.

"If I occupied my rightful place he might have agreed to be my advisor" remarked nostalgically Hirumes.

On the way to Peshwald, Narcasse hears some disturbing news from Alfreed. The man in the silver mask kept on telling everyone he was royalty. But even Narcasse, with his knowledge of the Royal Families of the continent, could not place him. And then, he was sure he could at least rule out Pars, Arslan being the only male heir... Or is he?
At the same time, Darun and Farangis, who had arrived first at the stone bridge leading to Peswald, found themselves in front of a problem: the Lusitanians had broken the bridge, at the price of many lives. They now had to go further down river, to a small old wooden bridge... And right into Zante's trap.
On the bridge, Darun finds himself confronted to Zande, who was waiting for him to avenge his father's death.

Arslan and the others arrive, battling off the onslaught of Lusitanian soldiers until a horn echoes in the valley leading to Peshwald.

The Prince confronts Zande and learns that both him and Karlan his father joined the Lusitanian invaders because he was not the rightful heir to the Kingdom of Pars.

It is Quishwald, the Shogun in charge of the fortress, and his men. Warned by Azurai, the eagle, they have come to help the Crown Prince out of his predicament.

Soon the numerically superior force of Pars had pushed back the Lusitanians and Arslan was safe once more.

Arslan and his company had made it safely to Peshwald, but what of Narcasse?

There he arrives, after the fight, with Alfreed riding on the back of his horse. He introduces the new member of their little company, and she makes it clear that she is a very spirited young lady... By telling everyone that she is his wife, well, maybe not, his lover, no, more like... His mistress.

Nobody listens to Narcasse's side of the story as he seems unable to have the upper hand.

Thanking the Pars soldiers for their help, they prepare to enter Peshwald after Shogun Quishwald.
