  Introduction     Characters     Story 
 
Fujiwara Momoe: a girl who loves to eat, she was raised by her rich parents eating only the best.   Though she doesn't know how to cook, she has an affinity for distinguishing even subtle tastes and what people will like.  She is very honest, though in a very polite way, and is never petty or mean.  Sometimes she seems naive, but only because she is so honest, and usually thinks other people are as well. 
 
Oda-san - the head chef at Petit Lapins, Oda Keiji is a world-class chef and has a natural talent for cooking.  At first, he is a very grumpy and cold character, but he gradually begins to loosen up.  He is very hard on Momoe as his cooking student. 

Takahashi Kaoru - another world-class chef and Oda's adopted brother.  Takahashi is a lot more friendly and cheerful than Oda, but he has his own secrets.  He takes an almost instant liking to Momoe. 

Chiyo-ba - the old woman who taught both Oda and Takahashi, she is obviously a cooking expert, and though she seems unfriendly at first, Momoe becomes close to her pretty quickly. 

Kaneko - a businesswoman who becomes involved with Petit Lapins and then becomes Oda's girlfriend.  She is very beautiful and self-confident concerning her work, but she has some personal problems and develops a complex about Momoe. 

Kimura-san - the helper chef at Petit Lapins, he is really timid and gentle, though he is good at cooking.  He doesn't have much self-confidence. 

Owner- the middle-aged owner of Petit Lapins, he is very kind and knows a lot of his customers personally.  He also has a confidence problem working beside a world-class chef.  Sometimes, however, he will put his foot down and assert his control as the owner of the restaurant.
