| With the current
world wide shortage of employees it is getting harder and harder to get the correct staff
and hold on to them. We in Unique Solutions Limited have recognised this problem occurring
for may years now and have worked even harder to rectify the problem. Some our clients
have experienced problems in holding on to new staff. The new staff do not want the
hardship that sometimes is associated with technical positions and thus leave. We in Unique Solutions are strong believers in training existing staff and promote from within. May of these employees have great potential and all they need is training. Our clients have thanked US on may occasions for recommending this action as it avoids the client spending money insisting employees to join and then lose them when they are asked to work. We in Unique Solutions are also aware that many companies require more employees as their businesses evolve. This factor alone has its problems as employees are hard to get never mind good employees. To over come this problem we go directly to the source. We collaborate with Colleges and Universities in many Research and Development projects on an annual basis. As a result of that we have direct contact with the students. Many of our clients work closely with the students involved in the Research and Development projects. If the client and student work up a partnership during this collaboration, when the student leaves they have at least a knowledge of the company and its employees. Better the devil you know.
